3. Platform Use

This platform is made available exclusively to licensed independent property and casualty insurance agents who have been approved by GAPInsurTech LLC d/b/a ProteqTech. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

4. Carrier Trademarks

All carrier names, logos, and marks displayed on this platform are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their display does not imply endorsement of GAPInsurTech LLC d/b/a ProteqTech by any carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability

GAPInsurTech LLC d/b/a ProteqTech provides this platform as a quoting and distribution tool only. We are not responsible for coverage decisions, policy terms, or claims outcomes. Agents are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submissions.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
